Hello list,

maybe some people on this list are interested in an improved version
of the windows port of guile-1.4.  A compiled version (using MSVC) is
available under

  <http://www.textsure.net/~ela/devel.html>.

The port was done by Stefan Jahn, the author of GNU Serveez (which
will be using Guile for extension in the next release).
