SRFI 20

Hey, so, SRFI 20 was recently withdrawn (no explanation of why -- I
think it might just have "timed out" or something):

Given this, has anyone though of submitting GOOPS as a SRFI? IIRC, it
has a pure-Scheme implementation.

While on that topic... I wonder if Guile's networking library would be
appropriate as a SRFI?
