[PATCH] Accept .sld as scheme extensions in r7rs

This is similar to 0bb980f12 (New function: install-r6rs!, 2019-09-25)
which accepts .sls extension for r6rs. In r7rs, most portable libraries
use .sld.

* module/ice-9/boot-9.scm (install-r7rs!): Update %load-extensions.
