Fix build of platforms where the stack grows upwards

Hi!

In a20feea43, the mra of continuation was included in scm_dynthrow but
it was forgotten for SCM_STACK_GROWS_UP when calling grow_stack which
causes guile failing to build on Linux/hppa.
