[PATCH] Fixes for guile.m4

Hi,

while fixing https://github.com/aconchillo/guile-json/issues/20 I made
sure it also worked in Ubuntu 16.04. There you have guile-2.2 but no
guild-2.2 as they provide guild instead. If AC_PROGS finds guile-2.2
then it uses the suffix to find guild-2.2, however this does not work
in 16.04.

This patch adds one more candidate (guild, guile-config or
guile-tools) in case it can't found the one without the suffix.

Totally unrelated and hopefully not opening a can of worms... Has it
been considered to move the repo to gitlab like some other projects
are doing? This would probably improve visibility and also would be
much easier to send patches, reviews, etc. It doesn't affect me much
since this might be the second patch I send in 8 years, I was just
wondering.
