This removes weak-tables.[ch] and reintroduces weak hash tables as implemented in Guile 2.0 into hashtab.[ch]. This reduces wall-clock time by more than 15% on some GC-intensive benchmarks (compiling code) where big weak hash tables are in use, such as source properties.
