guile 2.1.2 "make check" on Mac OS

I have built guile-2.1.2 on Mac OS, Yosemite 10.10.5, Darwin 14.5.0, latest macports libs.

The build goes OK but makecheck fails on three items:

mwette$ grep FAIL: MakeCheck

FAIL: test-language

FAIL: test-stack-overflow

FAIL: test-out-of-memory

The output from “configure”, “make” and “make check” is attached in a zip file.  

I attempted to work on it but could not get the “meta” guile to run under gdb.
