* module/srfi/srfi-64.scm: Add imports and other boilerplate for new
  implementation.
* module/srfi/srfi-64/execution.body.scm: New file.
* module/srfi/srfi-64/source-info.body.scm: New file.
* module/srfi/srfi-64/test-runner-simple.body.scm: New file.
* module/srfi/srfi-64/test-runner.body.scm: New file.
* module/srfi/srfi-64/testing.scm: Deleted.
* module/Makefile.am (srfi-64.go, NOCOMP_SOURCES): Change accordingly.
