Preferences regarding Debian's Guile version string |

I forget what prompted it, but it may have been a complaint that
Debian's Guile should indicate that it's not a "normal" upstream
version. (Though lately, it's pretty close.)
In any case, with guile-2.0, I changed it so that guile indicates that
it's a Debian-specific version:
$ guile --version
guile (GNU Guile) 2.0.9-deb+1-1
...
But Matthias pointed out that this can break programs that expect the
normal version string:

So I wanted to check to see what your preferences might be, if any.
