Broken Mail Transport Agent at stelco.com.mv

To the administrator of stelco.com.mv's mail system:

Your mail transport agent (MTA), aka mail server, is broken.
Can you please tell us what software you use?

Specifically, your MTA apparently sends delivery status notifications
(DSNs) to the address listed in the "From:" header. This is very wrong.
It is very bad for mailing lists in particular, because it causes your
DSNs to be sent to the original poster instead of to the mailing list
system itself.

MTAs should ideally send DSNs to the envelope sender, i.e. the address
specified in the "MAIL" SMTP command. If this is too difficult to
implement, you should at least use the address specified in the
"Errors-To:" header, or if that isn't present, the "Sender:" header.

In any case, please respond to let us know that you received this.

   Thanks,
     Mark
