Subject: [PATCH] Fix and combine NEWS entries on `infinite?' and `finite?'

* NEWS: Fix and combine NEWS entries on `infinite?' and `finite?'.
  Previous, they stated that these predicates now work on non-real
  complex numbers, but that is not the case.
