This is good news, thanks!

I committed it to HEAD (with slight edits to `srfi-37.scm' so that it
doesn't use the SCSH block comment syntax).  I'll apply it to the 1.8
branch as well since I think it's harmless.

This, especially, has always been a source of annoyance to me.
