OK.  Never mind.  My fault.  I've configured my default
configuration to up the optimizations a bit.  Guile seg faults
on optimized code.  :(  Probably ought to be looked at though.
If libguile gets glued into CPU intensive work, it would be
nice if it were optimizable.
