Hmm, we had problems in the past with running gettextize in the
guile-core tree. We only wrap functions like gettext, we do not have
a translation structure in place for Guile itself.
Not-running gettextize is a bug-fix in autoreconf actually. Because
of that fix, we need autoconf 2.59 or later.
Maybe we have to run gettextize after all, but we explicitely do _not_
run it right now. See HACKING.
