I wanna jump in here and to point out that soon (in the next few
weeks) there will be releases of GQL (gql.sourceforge.net) and Yehia
(ucxx.sf.net) that provide Guile bindings to GQL, thus bringing a new,
object-oriented general SQL interface to Guile.
