(This is a 1.7 issue only.)
While messing around in numbers.c, it looks like scm_bigcomp has
opposite return value semantics from some common cmp-style routines,
i.e. strcmp and GMP's mpz_cmp (GMP's integer comparison operator) --
presuming, of course, that I accurately interpreted the code.
Do we care?
