1.4.1, 1.5.5, 1.6+ install targets

hello,

this message is a small heads-up (i.e., warning) to those interested in
using guile-1.4.1 (to be released in the near future), guile-1.5.5 or
guile-1.6 and later.  the files:

        guile-doc-snarf
        guile-func-name-check
        guile-snarf
        guile-snarf.awk

that were installed in $bindir for 1.4, will no longer be installed.
these are unsupported programs created/used as part of the guile build
process that should not have been installed in the first place.

more precisely, we would like to supply them (the useful ones) in a
better-supported way, but are not prepared to do that just yet.  (the
supported programs are "guile", "guile-config" and "guile-tools".)
