Once upon a time, years ago before AutoGen was beguiled,
it would build on Cygwin.  To do it now would minimally
require a working Guile implementation.  My understanding
is that it has been done, but it is hard because it
assumes a POSIX platform and Cygwin is only 99% there.
But, I don't follow the Cygwin + Guile world.  Maybe
the Guile developers do?  If someone ever gets AutoGen
working on Cygwin and also tells me how they did it,
I would put the information onto a FAQ page.
