Blandy's proposal takes an idea originally put forward for "how
can we execute very finicky R5RS code" and makes it the default
top-level for Guile (originally an R4RS Scheme).
Perhaps this is worth underscoring.
Even if the ()/#f is "fixed" (using quotes here to avoid being
"rude"), Guile can still be said to be a standard-conforming Scheme.
By analogy -- gcc isn't yet compatible with the latest C standard.
