   I have not yet investigated problem yet (unfortunately because lack
   of time) - could you please fix it?

thanks for reporting this.  fixed in cvs.  after downloading, please
also pass a critical eye over test-suite/tests/getopt-long.scm, which
has a new "multiple occurrances" section.
