Rx regexps

I wonder if you might want to port the Systas regexp interface
to Guile.

Rx has one feature, cut points, that is especially nice for
structured regexps.

The regexp binding in Systas makes good use of shared substrings
when extracting sub-matches.  In general, it has lots of options
for how sub-matches are reported.
