I don't know why we have the extra "guile" directory in CVS, and it
feels somewhat wrong to me.  Should we hoist all `submodules' up one
level?  That will certainly cause a lot of hick-ups, and therefore
probably isn't worth it.  For consistency, having all modules in the
"guile" directory is the right thing, I'd say.  There certainly
doesn't exist the notion that modules inside "guile" are more official
than the ones on top-level.
