Hadn't really decided, and haven't really thought about it enough to
know what, if anything, would be best, but I can certainly see a
number of ways to handle it if it's appropriate.
If I did have the unstable packages available I think we'd want to
make sure it was obvious that's what they were. We can't rely on
people knowing our numbering convention...
