If you ask me, sure. The only thing to be careful about is that we
can't use the FSF resources for something non-free, and that the FSF
is not comfortable distributing stuff that it doesn't own the
copyright for.
You might want to check the conditions for registering a project with
Savannah.
Would it be appropriate to name the module `guile-wrap', to give it a
more official relationship with Guile?
I will check the details myself.
