(ice-9 format) and pretty print

Hello,

  you can not imagine how happy I was when I found in NEWS file that format can
  pretty print (~Y option). But it seems to me that format was not properly
  ported from slib, because it does not work:

guile> (format #t "~Y" '(foo bar)) 
.../ice-9/format.scm:448:16: In expression (require (quote pretty-print)):
.../ice-9/format.scm:448:16: Unbound variable: require
ABORT: (unbound-variable)

  Possible solutions:

   - remove ~Y from format and NEWS entry :-(

   - finish porting of format
