Hello,
recently, we had the discussion about whether SCM_DEBUG_DEPRECATED should
be renamed to SCM_ENABLE_DEPRECATED with the logic reversed. Should we do
this? Further, I'd like to rename GUILE_WARN_DEPRECATED_DEFAULT to
something that starts with a SCM_ prefix.
