We may also need something like this if/when we get to the point of
having byte-compiled files, lightning-code-dumps,
hobbit-shared-modules, etc. on disk.
Though we've dumped the idea of having "use-modules" explicitly load
.so files, we might still want (load "foo") to load foo.scmso if it
exists (presuming, for example, that .scmso is the extension for
hobbit compiled files).
