Hobbit copyrights -- investigating.

I'm going to pursue the hobbit copyrights so that if we decide we do
want to use any/all of it in guile-core, we'll be able to.

Examining guile-hobbt, it looks like the relevant authors are:

  Tanel Tammet:
  Wrote the Scheme compiler Hobbit, upon which this package is based.
  wrote: include/ghobbit.h comp/ghobbit.scm, doc/hobbit.doc

  Bernard Urban:
  Ported Hobbit to Guile.
  wrote: README, ghobbit
  changes to: include/ghobbit.h comp/ghobbit.scm

  Mikael Djurfeldt:
  Compiled this package.
  wrote: comp/compile.scm

I'll contact fsf-records, and then the authors directly.  If anyone
has any other relevant info, please let me know.
