The ftp reference is correct, but the latest release tarball in /pub/guile
is v1.3.4.  It seems a bit strange for a Guile-development-related site to
be out of date with that respect.

The web-page has moved.  You get a page with the new link though, so there's
no real problem.  The guile-README file on alpha.gnu.org should be updated
though.
