The Vista bootmgr entry should be good for all versions up to 10 currently. 
But...

Well, probably not wrong, but osdetect.cfg looks pretty much unused. It's not
installed by default, so in reality it should be just dropped I guess.

grub is using os-prober for OS detection nowadays and that handles the mentioned
Windows versions just fine (and creates a generic label, e.g., "Windows Boot
Manager (on ...)"). See util/grub.d/30_os-prober.in.
