This is strange indeed.  The Macbook displays “EFI Boot” in the boot
selection menu.  efi/boot/bootia32.efi and efi/boot/bootx64.efi exist.
It could be a decoy though.  I do not know how to verify on Windows if
the boot used UEFI.  Shall I continue testing?
