I will go through most of my mails tomorrow. I'm inclined to include multiboot2 extensions but had few comments about patch style

In case somebody wants a link to the consumer of this, see please
https://github.com/xenserver/xen-4.6.pg (see master directory - and
there are the multiboot patches).

Thought I believe Daniel also has a link to the actual posting of the patches
on xen-devel somewhere?
