I'm ok with that. Generally I think that whenever we have the same
configuration available at build and config time we should remove
build time as it adds complexity for nothing. The only exception I
could think of is disabling some features to make code smaller.
However I hope we won't have to introduce cherrypicking compiling when
user is required to choose core features - it's simply too easy to get
wrong and hard to debug
