Hi,

Attached patch makes it possible to build modules externally, by:

  - Installing headers in system include dir.

  - Exporting two ABI tags (a build-time macro and a run-time variable)
    for run-time comparison.

  - Exporting a makefile with COMMON_*FLAGS variables.
