I was wrong here, but the progress is being made.  I'm just not sure it
should be in 1.97.


Thanks to grub-pe2elf provided by Bean, Cygwin support will be in 1.97 :-)
It works with current SVN, except one open issue which breaks grub-install, see "[PATCH] ... fix update-grub_lib for Cygwin".
