Multiboot for EFI

Hi,

Because I want to play around with some kernels on EFI, I have hacked
GRUB 2 so it supports multiboot. It's something I just personally
used and absolutely not clean enough to go into CVS.

Although I really think a multiboot loader for EFI can be nice on the
x86, because that will make a full switch to EFI easier for some
people, I am not too sure what others (especially Okuji :-)) think of
this.

Please let me know if it would be worth the trouble to clean this up
and get this into CVS. I think it is a useful addition to GRUB 2 on
EFI, hopefully others think the same.

Thanks,
Marco
