GLOBAL relief agency Medecins Sans Frontieres Charity Organization reimbursement donors campaign worldwide. The Organization is refunding back to donors their money out of the surplus
83 million euros they want to return to all donors who refused the Charity's offer to redirect their donations to lower profile cases like Sudan or the Democratic Republic of Congo.
