[grt-talk] GRT Licencing

As you are aware GRT is licenced under GPL, and while I intend to keep
it that way, it seems that there will be numerous bits and pieces of
GRT that are really libraries on their own right -- the 3d math for example.

I've been thinking about possibly releasing these separate bits under
MIT/X11 license. Even though in case of the math-stuff there are
currently no copyright issues (all the code is mine -- even the
changes by Kevin have been refactored out), this may not be the case
in future, so I'd like to hear your opinions before I move on with this.
