[grt-talk]Packages & grt-vector-bind

Finally got around to adding package handling: everything now goes into
package GRT, and only user-level API is exported. Every file is responsible
for exporting the symbols it defines.

There is probably some stuff the should go to other packages, and plently
of symbols that should be exported aren't yet: just enought to get the
CLASSIC scene to work.

To compile and load everything (load "grt.lisp").

Also, changed VECTOR-BIND to GRT-VECTOR-BIND as per Jason's suggestion.
