There's a mistake in fail.mom, easy to miss. I didn't register it
right away.
AUTOLEAD 2 \# .LS 16 or .PT_SIZE + 2
The comment should be introduced by \" and not by \#. In the
file test.mom you omitted the comment so everything processes
correctly.
