An open bug report (http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?57667) lists
suggestions for improving the refer(1) man page. If you have further
ideas of specific things to include, adding a comment to this bug
report is the best way to log them. (The bug tracker allows adding
comments without creating an account.)
