refer macro mm

Good evening,
i try for a while to get an reference with refer, unfortunately it 
doesn't work for me.
It would kind of you if you could provide a solution of that.

I execute with:
mmroff test.mm -r -p refer.trf -s -t -mm -k -p   -mpdfmark  -Tpdf >  
test.pdf && zathura test.pdf
