Do you mean Adobe glyph names defined in glyphlist.txt? There is no
asciiminus. Unicode code point U+002D defined only for "/hyphen". See:

And above PS name table probably refer to glyphlist.txt and what is
stored in encoding vector in resulting PostScript file (just guessing).
