[Groff] Online man Pages.

Hi,

There's quite a few sites offering online man pages, but I thought this
one I just came across was worth mentioning.

    http://manned.org/info/about

    ...  The manuals are stored in the database as UTF-8, and are passed
    through groff to render them in (mostly) the same way as they are
    displayed in your terminal.  ...

It has multiple distributions and multiple package versions.  The source
is available.
