[Groff] Automating truetype font installation

Hi.

As part of revising the mom documentation pertaining to installing
truetype fonts, I've put together a shell script (attached) to
automate the process, including installation of the fonts in
font/devpdf if the user is running a recent version of groff that
includes the gropdf device.

Please check for obvious errors.
