[Groff] New tbl warnings in CVS version

From: Larry Kollar
Subject: [Groff] New tbl warnings in CVS version

I'm now seeing warnings like this when I runoff a manual containing tbl tables
that use the "expand" global option:

./Installation.ms:3: warning: numeric expression expected (got `i')
warning: around line 35: table wider than line width
warning: around line 35: table squeezed horizontally to fit line length
warning: around line 367: table wider than line width
warning: around line 367: column separation set to zero

I've included a patch to include the file name in the warnings and to an.tmac
to source an-ext.tmac (as the EX/EE definitions weren't getting called). Is
there going to be any way to turn off these warnings? They seem to be a bit too
eager to trip, IMO.

src/preproc/tbl/table.cpp: added file name strings to the new warnings
tmac/an.tmac: source an-ext.tmac to bring in extensions (used in tbl.man and
other places)
