[Groff] improved trace.tmac

With the changes from today in the CVS it is finally possible to trace
pic.ms without errors, giving identical input to an invocation without
-mtrace.

I would be glad if you could try it by yourself on various documents,
reporting any problems you still encounter (mainly differences in the
output).

Just insert `-mtrace' before the macro package you want to trace.
