Good, I'll strip the others.  Would someone please either 

(a) take responsibility for applying these to the groff repo, or

(b) give me commit access so I can do it?

I should probably have (b) anyway, now that I think about it --
pic.ms/pic2graph/eqn2graph are my responsibility, after all.
