    Download the groff home page and mail my german version to the list
    or to you, Werner?

To me.  I'll add it as ./groff/index.de.html.  Don't forget the 
translation link at the bottom.

If we get enough documents to translate, I'll break up the
directories, and Werner can get you access to that directory, (i.e.
/software/groff/de/ where the default home page would be index.html
for the German page).  Hopefully, savannah has the MultiView functions
working again, so index.de.html (or ./groff/de/) is the default when
browsing our page with your browser set for German as your language.
