[Groff] www.tmac patch (PIMG functionality)

Calling PIMG without an alignment option (-L, -R, -C) would create  
all sorts of problems. The following patch is probably not the most  
efficient way of fixing it, but it does the job.

Gaius, could you test, perhaps improve further, and commit this?
